Well hey there friends! Welcome to Season 2 Episode 4 - Starting a First Generation Dairy from Scratch with Rachel Zeigler!
This season is all about embracing the holidays.
This week we had the wonderful opportunity to interview Rachel Zeigler of Milkhouse Market and the Parlor Creamery, also known as Zeigler Family Farms. Rachel shares her truly inspirational story of how she and her husband bought a dairy cow on a whim, felt the call to move to the middle of nowhere to start a farm with several littles in tow, and they now have created a beautiful (but unexpected!) life they love owning a first generation dairy and storefront in the Pacific Northwest. Rachel is so animated and fun to listen to as she tells about the twists and turns they've had along their journey, having faith in God's plan for her family, and the joys and challenges that come with owning dairy cows.
